ThinkTable by Unrethink is a restaurant operating system designed to bring together front-of-house, kitchen, billing, inventory and multi-outlet workflows.
Is ThinkTable the same as Unrethink Platform?
No. ThinkTable is a distinct product and marketing website. Other Unrethink applications, including platform.unrethink.com, remain separate.
Can ThinkTable work during an internet outage?
Its Windows Edge-oriented architecture is designed to support specified local restaurant workflows when connectivity becomes unreliable. External payment, cloud-only and third-party services may require internet. Offline scope depends on the deployment.
Which operating systems and devices does it support?
The planned restaurant setup uses Windows Edge at the outlet, Android 8+ captain devices, browser-based kitchen displays and printer-agent workflows. Device compatibility should be validated during deployment.
How frequently does the outlet synchronise to the cloud?
The current architecture targets a five-minute sync interval, subject to connectivity, workload, configuration and recovery behaviour.
Can I run several restaurant outlets or brands?
The management hierarchy is structured around organisations, brands and outlets. Enabled functionality and permissions are confirmed for each rollout.
Does ThinkTable have inventory and procurement?
Inventory and procurement are part of ThinkTable’s intended operating ecosystem. Exact modules and integration scope depend on the selected rollout.
Are Swiggy and Zomato integrations ready?
Availability is not assumed. External food-delivery connections require agreements, partner APIs, testing and rollout. Ask for the latest confirmed support during your demo.
Can I accept online payments?
Payment workflows can be integrated where a supported payment provider is configured. Provider requirements, connectivity and transaction terms are reviewed during onboarding.
Does ThinkTable include reservations, CRM and loyalty?
These capability areas are on the ThinkTable roadmap or selectively enabled. Confirm what is demonstrable and live for your configuration.
